This session will focus on the redesign of high school science proficiencies to better capture the skills of being a scientist as they are experienced in different contexts (earth, life, physical, etc.). As a collaborative team, we will adjust proficiency language and learning targets to provide a clearer instructional framework, better alignment with course designs, and improve our ability and clarity of providing student feedback and reporting student success.
