Have you ever said or done something that you realized, a tad too late, was hurtful to another person? Has anyone ever acted on an assumption, bias, or judgment that was inaccurate and hurtful or upsetting to you? This session is a safe space to share our stories and experiences, to foster dialogue, and support one another as we continue to explore our relationships, actions, and responses with one another. Together we will explore biases and practice recognizing and responding in ways that promote belonging, inclusivity, and equity.
